Heat Packs are made with clean dry wheat and any lavender is 100% lavender oil…. Heat in the microwave for 30 sec to 2 minutes depending on size of pack.. They can also be frozen in a plastic bag to use as a cold pack. DO NOT WASH...Clean with a damp cloth only and to prevent heat packs from burning while heating place a cup of water in the microware at time of heating. Available in various colours : Black, Red, Purple, Blue, Maroon and Green. |
